This Valentine’s day deepen your connection to someone close through partner yoga, led Thai massage and therapeutic asana.Bring a friend, family member lover or anyone you want to be close to. This is a contact filled workshop where you will explore ways to stretch your partner, massage away stress and connect in new, intimate ways.
The workshop will blend movement, breathwork and bodywork to ensure this Valentine’s Day leaves you feeling restored and relaxed. Besides yummy yoga flows we will be serving chocolate after the workshop.
Cost: $65 per couple by 2/6, $75 after
