Brain Gym® is a system of 26 simple movements and activities that activate and integrate the brain and body for enhanced learning and performance in all areas of life. Brain Gym® 101, taught by Marjie Citron, LMT, is a 24 hour class that introduces Brain Gym as a tool to benefit oneself and others. This course includes experiential learning of the 26 basic Brain Gym movements, a learning readiness sequence, two repatterning sequences, and the Five-Step Educational Kinesiology Balance Process. Brain Gym® 101 is applicable to health care practitioners of all kinds, parents, teachers, artists, students, athletes and anyone seeking a more integrated experience of living and learning. Significant class time is devoted to applying Edu-K processes to individuals’ goals. Brain Gym® 101 is open to all and is the first step in becoming a licensed Brain Gym® Instructor/Consultant.
