The apartment is on the ground floor with its own laundry room. Kitchen/bathroom are shared. Heat/hot water included, (very warm in the winter) You get the bedroom that is very private. Possibly I can leave you a futon and some furniture. Street parking. free Wifi internet. Pets possibly ok. There is extra storage space.
