Main Function:
Provide administrative and marketing support for research analysts and team members. Help to maximize analysts’ effectiveness by performing a wide range of responsibilities in an efficient, detail oriented and proactive manner. Act as the group’s contact person on matters relating to team events, procedures, technology and policy.

Interface with clients. Use knowledge of industry and news sources to screen, prioritize, participate and pro-actively manage calls from senior level executives of industry companies and Firm management. Act as point person for client events and conferences
*
Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls. Coordinate with Marketing Department on Non-Deal Roadshows, field trips and other events as needed
*
Use Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PP) to produce correspondence and reports. Maintain and update extensive subscriptions and client lists
*
Assist research analysts in preparing for company visits by assembling marketing packages (First Call notes, models for each company visit)
*
Handle travel arrangements. Prepare and track expense reports. Follow up as necessary
Projects may include the following tasks:
*
Update databases; gather relevant data from sources (Factset, Bloomberg)
*
Assist research analysts and team with the production of research reports, to include formatting, editing and creating charts/graphs and spreadsheets
*
Act as group point person for departmental policy and procedures
*
Liaise with other departments of Barclays as necessary
Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree
* 1+ years experience in financial services industry
* 1+ years administrative support experience
