Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience - Applicants MUST have a minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience in a financial firm, preferably an investment bank, hedge fund or private equity firm - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to handle stressful situations with ease - Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel including senior executives - Assertive, flexible and patient - Pro-active problem solver - Superb writing and speaking skills
