- Manage busy calendars
- Plan extensive and multiple travel itineraries
- Process expenses

- Provide as needed back-up supporting to other Assistant

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of prior administrative experience within a corporate financial environment
- Full proficiency on Microsoft Office
- Flexible attitude and team oriented mentality
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong writing skills
