Responsibilities:
Responsible for the month end close to ensure the general ledger is correct for both US GAAP and IAS reporting.
Liaise with Product Control Group, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting to understand complex and structured derivative transactions
Analyzing inter company balances, including warehouse and trust legal entities
Prepare quarter end and year end reporting schedules for the Financial Reporting group and Regulatory Reporting group.
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Requirements:
Finance/Accounting related degree, CPA or CA preferred
1-3 years experience in financial services industry and / or public accounting
Exposure to Credit, ABS, or Fixed Income Derivatives preferred
Solid accounting , analytical and systems skills
