Responsibilities incl dvlpg concepts and ideas for discussion materials to support client mgmt initiatives; generating/ presenting various fin’l and trategic analyses andideas in support of client initiatives; and maintaining active dialogue w/several TMT clients. Master’s or equiv in Bus. Admin, Fin, Econ or rel. plus 1 yr relevant exp. Exp w/ valuation techniques and complex fin’l modeling incl discounted cash flow, comparable co. transactions, leverage buyout analysis, accretion/ dilution, precedent transactions and contribution analyses, due diligence and merger and cash flow modeling; exp performing fin’l analysis of potential acquisition candidates. Knowl of and execution exp w/capital mkt transactions incl debt, leveraged finance and equity financings. Exp prep’g client presentations, road show presentations, board materials, rating agency presentations and info memos.
