Job description: Business analyst, BA, support, support analyst, equity, equities, equity derivatives, derivatives, GUI, documentation, UAT, UML, test, test cases, test scripts, modelling, International Settlement, transaction processing, new york, new york city Top-tier Investment Bank seeks a Business Analyst to join their Global Equities Application Support team. Your main responsibility will be to bring the technology and business specialists together for optimal results to customer requests. You will also be defining requirements for a support GUI with controlled access, documenting product releases and test the GUI once the development is complete.
In order to qualify for this position you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with a Support group or coming from a Support background. Financial expertise in one or more of the following areas is required: Equity, Derivatives, International Settlement or transaction processing. You must have a full understanding of the Business and IT strategy, business modelling, business systems development and analysis and testing. Database querying skills and MS Office skills are also required.
