Develops, manages and expands an existing portfolio and acquires new business of smaller and less complex small business customer relationships at service levels that meet or exceed customer expectations. Serve as subject matter expert on small business products and services for personnel within assigned branch. Monitor assigned portfolio, particularly new relationships, through structured and regular contact with customers to ensure their needs are fulfilled with service levels that meet or exceed their expectations, ensure a high quality, new account experience and discover and act on potential cross-sell opportunities. Acquire new small business relationships by proactively pursuing referrals and walk-in customers, as well as externally if appropriate.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years proven and progressive branch sales experience or equivalent
- Life, health, and series 6 and 63 licenses preferred
