Job Description: We are seeking a Lender/Analyst in our Mortgage Banking Group in Downtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist with the preparation of credit write-ups and proposals
* Assist with the review of loan documentation
* Provide ad-hoc research and analysis assistance to Senior Lenders and Team Leader
* Track monthly compliance data
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, account information, processing, etc.
* Approve wire transfers and intraday credit needs
Business Skills:
* Some prior commercial or investment banking experience
* Credit trained
* General knowledge of other bank products/services and an understanding of bank policies and procedures
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
