We are looking for someone to sublet one room on our 3 bedroom apartment.
The apartment has a sit-in kitchen, a small living room and a nice bathtub. The available room is large with two windows and a great view facing east (furnished is necessary). The whole place gets a lot of sunlight and is in a quiet neighborhood with all the convenience only a half a block away and a beautiful park one block away. The A express train is 1 and half blocks from our building. There is an elevator and laundry in the basement. We are about 30 minutes from Midtown.
The roomates are a couple (man and woman) and are fun, friendly, responsible, respectful and clean.
Move in date is February 1st.

Rent is 700 per month
