Responsible for providing operational support to the investment and compliance efforts of the firm. This is for a fund of funds manager specializing in alternative investments.
Responsibilities :
Facilitate month end investment subscription process which includes:
Review and processing of investment authorizations trade tickets
Preparation, collection and monitoring of incidental agreements with managers
Work with managers and service providers on a daily basis on behalf of funds
Review and monitor portfolio for various compliance requirements
Monthly review of all portfolios for compliance with fund parameters
Experience :
Candidates should have three years financial services experience with one to three years of fund of hedge funds or hedge fund experience a plus. Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Employee Retirement Income Securities Act preferred.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree required. Business or Finance concentration.
