Job Description: We are seeking a Unit Coordinator in Downtown Manhattan who will be responsible for the supervision and training of accountants charged with the accurate and timely delivery of Accounting, Master Trust Allocation, and ERISA reports.

Responsibilities:

* Gather and monitor Production Statistics. Recommend improvements/changes in procedures.
* Analyze problems and suggest/implement solutions. Responsible for Operational inquiries and instructing support areas.
* Audit accounts as required. Control the workflows and review the audits performed by his/her accountants.
* Participate in new business conversion and assist the reconciliation when needed.
* Interacts with various areas of the bank including client services, investment manager services, Pricing and various Security Operations Departments. Also communicates with clients and auditors.

Business Skills:
* 5 years Accounting experience in Financial Services.
* 2 years in an advisory capacity.
* Excellent communication and PC skills.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
* College Degree in Business Accounting or Finance.
