 As with "In the Mood for Love", which was also directed by Kar Wai Wong, the imagery of this film is beautiful. Brilliant colors, contrast, music; every moment of this film is shot as if it were to be a still. The characters are wonderfully realistic, and their stories of love, lost and found, past, present, and future are lovely and sad. I can't recommend this film to lovers looking for a fun movie out, because it's just so sad, but it's still one that everyone should see, just pick the right time! - Jenni , posted 06/05/06 |
