Uncle Morty is on his way!!!
Uncle Morty will be back on iaTV on June 2nd with it whole new season. The second season returns with ten new half-hour episodes of struggling rappers Aladdin, Jimbo, Jon, and Trevor dubbing their own hilarious jokes and dialogue over vintage kung fu and Bollywood films for Uncle Morty at his recording studio, Dub Shack.

Airing weekly, the second season will feature the guys taking on not-so-classic kung fu movies such as Young Tiger, Bloody Fight, and Prodigal Boxer and Bollywood far-from-favorites Uff Yeh Mohabbat, Kyon, and more.

After we launched the first season of Uncle Mortys Dub Shack, we received a tremendous amount of feedback from our viewers who clamored for more episodes, said David Chu, SVP of programming and production at ImaginAsian TV. We also received a lot support for the series from the online community as references to Uncle Mortys Dub Shack began flourishing on many blog sites. Were excited for the launch of the second season which is funnier and edgier, yet retains the underground quality of the first season that brought us our many fans.

In its first season, Uncle Mortys Dub Shack has garnered rave reviews from critics and viewers, and has attracted a cult following for its well-written skits, playful humor, and psychedelic animation. The San Francisco Chronicle described the series as a Mystery Science Theater 3000 meets the Beastie Boys, calling it simultaneously stupid and brilliant. - iaTV , posted 05/17/06
